We employed Greaves Construction this past summer to remodel our master bathroom. This is the fourth home remodeling job we have employed Greaves Construction to do for us. I say that because it speaks to the high regard we have for this firm. The master bathroom is now everything we hoped it would be and more. Jon worked with us every step of the way to assure that both the design features and the products we selected would be what we wanted. He recommended excellent dealers in Tampa who helped us select everything a bathroom needs and his personnel did an outstanding job with the remodel and installations of everything. We traveled much of the summer and felt comfortable and confident leaving this project in Jon's care. He kept in contact with us regularly, even emailing photos of the progress. We are grateful to Greaves Construction for their standards of excellence and are so happy with our "new" bathroom.

Renovations can be challenging are we are very happy we used Greaves Construction and had Jon at the helm with so much knowledge and depth of understanding about overseeing quality work. Greaves Construction are such a talented and hard-working team. They were always on time if not early, kept a very clean job site and worked with very high standards to produce a wonderful end product. We very strongly recommend them.

Greaves Construction did an outstanding job of remodeling the kitchen in our Brandon house in 2005. The recent buyers of that house cited the awesome kitchen as a major reason why they bought it. So when we decided to remodel the master bathroom of our new Lutz home, our first call was to Greaves Construction. Jon worked with us on three alternative designs before we settled on a design that worked best for us. Jon provided a detailed estimate of labor & material charges, and a calendar based project plan so that we would know what to expect each week. Jon gave us great advice on the selection of materials. Jon also referred us to local suppliers, and passed along his contractor discounts to us. When we encountered a delay in the delivery of special order tile, Jon adjusted the work schedule to keep the overall project on track. The work quality was excellent - we are especially impressed with the tile work in the shower. There were only a few minor issues on our final punch list and those items were fixed the next day. We plan to use Greaves Construction again on our next remodeling project and highly recommend them to others.
