This is the second major project that Greaves Construction Inc. has completed for us. The first project was our kitchen, and the renovation was so successful, we hired him to renovate our three bathrooms, including the master suite.

Jon's professionalism and knowledge for this major remodel led to another successful project. He was patient and answered every one of our concerns with a quality solution. We are very happy with the way our entire home looks and most of it has been renovated by Greaves Construction.

We hired Greaves Construction to separate a large upstairs loft area in our home into two rooms. To say we're pleased with their work is an understatement.
The crew came on time and finished on schedule. The care with which they treated our home in the process was even more impressive. I can truly say they left our home immaculate. Finally, the quality of their work is unparalleled. Jon even built us a custom door that ended up looking better than what I was considering ordering when we first started planning the project.
Overall, Jon's expertise and professionalism are truly exceptional and we're grateful to have found Greaves Construction! I will be recommending them to all of my local family and friends in need of remodel work.

Beautiful Remodel of our Mid-Century Modern Home: We had a pipe break and decided to remodel the Kitchen. We asked Greaves to remove half walls to create an open concept, and we LOVE it!! They were so professional and kind, and knew all the right people to get the job done! Will Greaves did a great job facilitating the job, and they even came back for a minor cosmetic issue 2 months later!! We LOVE Greaves!

Greaves Construction made our dream kitchen become a reality along with other improvements throughout the first floor of our home including transforming our powder bathroom into an elegant space and making our upstairs laundry room much more functional. Jon the owner provides his quote with up front pricing with a breakdown of cost per each line item which also shows his total markup for the job.

Jon who is very detailed oriented was involved every step of the way from start to finish and was great to work with. His employees are professional, courteous, and very skilled at what they do. He has a great group of subs and they all worked together as a team.

Greaves Construction is truly an expert when it comes to remodeling. They take great pride in there work which shows in the finished product. When making a large investment like this your hope is that it comes out as great as you have envisioned it and Greaves Construction surpassed our expectations.

Bought a flip house where someone took out a retaining wall to create an open concept leaving a sagging ceiling. Greaves came in with the best price and the best solution for resolving the issue. Couldn't be more impressed with how the work came out to add the support back to the house. Great price..Great crew. GREAT JOB!!

Greaves Construction recently finished up a total remodel of our home. It exceeded our expectations and we love the look of our home. John, Will and their team were very helpful in walking us through the schedule and the timing of all the steps. They were great.

We just had our entire first floor remodeled including our kitchen. We had some space constraints due to the age of our home. However John and his staff were able to maximize our space and designed a beautiful open kitchen floor plan . John and Will where both very attentive to our concerns and both kept us up-to-date as to the progress of the construction. I enjoyed working with everybody on his staff . Greaves Construction is a very professional and performance oriented company. Recommended by our interior designer for their quality and attention to detail, we were thrilled with the results. We hired Jon and his team to remodel two bathrooms, change all interior doors and refurbish the exterior doors. It all looks AMAZING and we are definitely planning to work with them for the master bath and kitchen in the future.
