Throughout the entire project the crews and Jon Greaves kept me informed as to what they were doing. I was very nervous in the beginning with the work that needed doing but they always put me at ease. They were always honest and gracious in answering my numerous questions. I was even given some very helpful advise that I would never have thought of on my own. I highly recommend this company to anyone needing construction work!

Greaves Construction did a wonderful job taking an old long laundry room and creating two rooms, a new handicap accessible bathroom and laundry room. All stages of the process went well and we are very pleased with the outcome.

Jon and his team, Bearnie, Will, Joe, Matt and Nick, plus subs Mark and Wayne completed a total Master Bath renovation for us with top of the line professionalism. They graciously worked with me to complete my dream inspirations for our "new" bath. They offered educated suggestions and listened to me and respected my requests. I had worked with Jon and his team 6 years ago on a complete kitchen renovation and I was thrilled then and even more thrilled with the completed project. this time. All hiccups were handled with professionalism and we were consulted before any necessary changes were made. Our budget was reasonable and adhered to on all levels. We completed last week and when Jon found out our AC compressor went out he generously supplied us with a room AC until it could be replaced. Working with Jon and the team is the BEST experience and worth all the time, dust, and heat and we'd do it all again! Thanks, Guys big HUGS! Wonder what my next request will be?

Greaves construction did an outstanding job with my full house renovation. Their workmen are nice, professional and courteous. Their attention to detail was superb. They have always followed up for any warranty issues since the project was completed. You can trust their word that things will be done correctly.
Overall, I would use Greaves again and I highly recommend their work!

This is the second project we have worked with Greaves Construction on. Greaves Construction recently handled a full roof replacement and extensive inside ceiling repairs, including replacing a ceiling that collapsed and other ceilings that were damaged by the leaking roof. Jon Greaves was very responsive to our request for quotes, did a great job of analyzing what needed to be done and worked with our insurance company to help us get appropriate reimbursement for the covered interior damage. The work was done as scheduled, on time, with very professional crews that did an excellent job of preparing the interior and exterior, masking walls, protecting furniture inside and landscaping outside. They completed work that included repairing damaged plaster, replacing the full ceiling in one room, finishing and painting, and removing old shingles, repairing water damaged wood and putting on a new roof. They responded with care and respect to questions, went above and beyond in making sure we were happy with the outcome, completed the final punch list quickly, cleaned up beautifully, and left us with a fully restored home. I give Jon and his team and subcontractors my highest recommendation. They are, simply, the best.

We have used Greaves Construction on many projects on our home. Complete kitchen/dining room gut and remodel, addition closet space and master remodel, storage/workshop, car port remodel, new office addition, exterior doors. On all these projects we have found Jon and his team to be knowledgeable, professional, courteous, friendly and excellent skills. Jon is great at helping to figure the best solutions for your remodeling needs. We will not use anyone else, they show up on time and when they say they will which can not be said about many other service people/trades. I have recommended Greaves Construction to numerous family and friends and everyone always has a positive experience!!

Greaves saved us from a terrible contractor who didn't pull permits and had people who had no clue about building codes or how to do renovations correctly. We were constantly correcting our prior contractor and had to fire them. We then hired Greaves, who immediately recognized how bad the contractor was started our kitchen reno and was able to finish everything we dreamt our kitchen to be.

Greaves Construction is great! They remodeled our kitchen this summer within the time frame estimated and made the experience fun and painless. Jon Greaves, the owner, is extremely patient, organized, detail oriented, and just a nice person to be around. His method of quoting expenses and keeping track of costs is very transparent. His crew is very polite and keeps the job site very clean. And most importantly, the quality of their work is great. After getting several estimates, we went with Greaves Construction because we felt we could trust him and his company's work; I'm so glad we did. I highly recommend Greaves Construction. We will be calling him when it is time to do the bathrooms!
