Home remodeling projects are never easy but having competent, helpful, responsible people doing the work makes these jobs much, much easier. Greaves Construction first did a complete kitchen remodel for me in 2006. Since that time, they have also remodeled two small bathrooms, put new flooring in the house, done interior painting, built bookcases for three rooms and most recently did complete exterior painting. Every job was done with care. The Greaves team is always trustworthy and they demonstrate integrity in their work. The owner of the company attends to details personally. Needless to say, I am a very satisfied customer.

Greaves Construction recently (June 2013) removed a bathtub and remodeled our bathroom, including installing a walk-in shower. All work was done to our satisfaction and completed within the time promised. Workmen were on the job at 8 AM and cleaned up thoroughly everyday before leaving. We are very pleased with the finished job.

What a great company to work with! After having some not so great experiences with other contractors in Florida it has been refreshing to work with Greaves Construction. They are experienced, knowledgeable, and they do what they say they will do on time.

We were extremely pleased with the remodeling of our master bath, den, and kitchen by Greaves Construction . Jon listened to our needs and concerns, offered several major improvements and ideas, and gave us a detailed spread-sheet breakdown of all expected costs. His crew showed up every morning on time, were always punctual and professional, and cleaned up the construction site everyday. Before the total demolition of our bath, they wrapped all walls with plastic sheeting and used external exhaust blowers so that we had minimal dust throughout our house. The professional trades that Greaves used also did a great job. Using his wood crafting expertise, Jon was able to incorporate our original stained glass window into a complex mirror wall, and the results were dramatic. Designer, Mary Ann Cappadoro, did an excellent job in coordinating tile, colors and accents to make the overall design flow. The kitchen project involved raising the 1980’s style lowered ceiling, installing a new ceiling with LED lighting, and new granite counters. The kitchen now is much more open, and the granite and selected wall tile gives a much more coordinated and dramatic feel to the kitchen.

Wheelchairs 4 Kids is ecstatic that Greaves Construction came on board to modify Kathleen's bathroom! Wheelchairs 4 Kids is a 501 (c) (3) nonprofit dedicated to improving the lives of children with physical disabilities. Local kid, Kathleen, needed a bathroom modification to make her shower accessible and safe for bathing! Kathleen is a precious nine-year-old girl who suffers from Atypical Neuroaxonal Dystrophy (NAD). The disease slowly deteriorates muscular and neurological functioning. There is no treatment for the illness, which has greatly affected Katie. She is gradually losing motor control and cannot sit upright or support her head. She also endures very frightening muscle spasms. This makes bath time very precarious for both Kathleen and her caregivers. They desperately needed a safe and accessible solution. Through the amazing generosity of Jon Greaves and his team Kathleen now has a beautiful barrier free, roll in shower! Greaves Construction not only remodeled Kathleen's shower but moreover, they donated their time and services to help Wheelchairs 4 Kids make this project a reality! Thank you Greaves Construction for helping provide Kathleen with the accessibility she deserves!

Jon Greaves and team did a superb job in remodeling our three bathrooms. From start to finish Greaves Construction was always on time, professional, and courteous. All the bathrooms turned out beyond our expectations and we have had nothing but positive comments from family and friends. As others have remarked Jon was always reachable via email or phone and quickly responded to any concerns we had. In addition, do not forget Jon's team of employees who always cleaned up after each work day and had the same strong work ethic and pleasant demeanor as Jon. We have recommended Greaves Construction to our friends and will use their services again when the time comes.

I simply could not have had a better experience working with Greaves construction! I have an old craftsman style home from 1924, which has a lot of details that I wanted the addition to have. I truly could not have hired a more professional, skilled, detail oriented company. Jon was up front about all costs and services. He not only was able to do the job I expected, but he went beyond my expectations in every way. There is not one thing I would change about my beautiful addition or my experience working with Jon. I would HIGHLY recommend Greaves Construction. I was so impressed, I even had his cell phone and was shocked that he answered every time I called! Greaves Construction is a very professional and performance oriented company. Recommended by our interior designer for their quality and attention to detail, we were thrilled with the results. We hired Jon and his team to remodel two bathrooms, change all interior doors and refurbish the exterior doors. It all looks AMAZING and we are definitely planning to work with them for the master bath and kitchen in the future.

Our project was a kitchen remodel, adding of woods floors, refinishing wood floors, painting, and redoing baseboards. Jon and his crew did an excellent job. They are all very professional, knowledge, and continue to make themselves available if we have questions. They made sure the job site was kept clean and we had limited dust for the work that we had done. This was important since we have 3 little kids. Jon and his crew were always prompt and they kept in loop as to their arrival and what was going to happen next. Jon offers a designer that I highly recommend using. She saved us a lot of time and she works hand and hand with Jon to make sure the customer is getting exactly what they want. We will definitely use Jon in the future for other projects.

We had our kitchen and bathrooms remodeled by Greaves Construction four years ago and we are happy to report that the work has held up beautifully. Jon was always professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. His crew was always on time and very neat in their work. Even now, four years later, Jon continues to be a helpful resource whenever we need advice or recommendations for additional work or repairs.
