We just had our entire first floor remodeled including our kitchen. We had some space constraints due to the age of our home. However John and his staff were able to maximize our space and designed a beautiful open kitchen floor plan . John and Will where both very attentive to our concerns and both kept us up-to-date as to the progress of the construction. I enjoyed working with everybody on his staff . They were very professional and kind . We are very pleased with the exceptional quality of their work . We highly recommend Greaves Construction .

Home remodeling projects are never easy but having competent, helpful, responsible people doing the work makes these jobs much, much easier. Greaves Construction first did a complete kitchen remodel for me in 2006. Since that time, they have also remodeled two small bathrooms, put new flooring in the house, done interior painting, built bookcases for three rooms and most recently did complete exterior painting. Every job was done with care. The Greaves team is always trustworthy and they demonstrate integrity in their work. The owner of the company attends to details personally. Needless to say, I am a very satisfied customer.

I am a 77 year old widow and my home needed major repairs and remodeling. All I ever heard about was con artists and scams and didn't know where to start looking. A friend of mine had her bathroom redone by Jon and showed it to me and it was exactly what I had in mind. I called him, he set an appointment and showed up at that time (amazing to me). I told him what I wanted and he sent me an estimate. Line by line it stated what was to be done and how much it would cost. He gutted the bathroom to the outside walls and rebuilt it. His workers came and did exactly what he had written and they were the nicest construction people I have met in a long time, clean, polite, efficient and caring for both myself and my dogs. They drove me to the emergency room to get stitches when I had an accident and fell and even went so far as to carry in my groceries when I went shopping one day. They cleaned behind themselves each day to the extent that I sometimes felt that the house was cleaner when they left than it was when they came.

I can heartily recommend Jon to anybody and everybody. Professional, efficient, reliable, competent, what more can you ask for?

Big or small, John can do it all. my wife and i wanted to replace a hideous door on our utility room that we put up with for 25 years for some reason. John and his partner hit the house at 8 a.m., re-sized and re-framed the opening for the door, installed the new composite door and had it caulked and swinging shut - quietly - in less than three hours. And it was a tidy job too - very clean and no footprint left behind. Great job...thanks John.

Great communication! We hired Jon Greaves to remodel one of our properties after extensive water damage. Jon was great to work with as he stayed on budget and was flexible to work with. The job was done on time and it looks better than before. Jon kept us up to date on the progress and there were no surprises. We highly recommend them and will hire them again if there is a need.

It is truly refreshing to work with a contractor who does what he says he is going to do when he says he is going to do it. You took charge and handled everything from start to finish. We didn’t have to worry about a thing except the fun things.

We were so pleased with Greaves Construction that we hired the company again this year-twice-to remodel our outdoor pool area and again in the master bathroom. The bathroom in particular was no small project. Throughout the project, Greaves Construction maintained the high personal and professional standards they demonstrated in the Kitchen project. We continue to be impressed with Jonathan Greaves and Greaves Construction and the bathroom has lived up to our expectations.

Moreover, Mr. Greaves came back on two different occasions to inspect the work and adjust a drainage system he had designed. Both of these return visits were his idea as we were satisfied with the job from the outset.

The initial stages of the job were planned well, presented, and organized in a professional manner. Difficult construction phases were anticipated and solved impressively. You maintained excellent communication with us throughout the job.

From the start you and your team were courteous and professional, not to mention patient with us. Your subs were experienced and timely. Don, your foreman, is a fabulous asset to Greaves Construction. For all of this we are most grateful.
The job was completed on time and on budget, which we though to be quite amazing from past experiences with other contractors.
